I would be banning left and right, there is like 50 names on the user list that are all spambots... But alas, my moderation powers only allow me to delete comments and threads. It'll be up to Matty-D to drop the ban hammer, if possible.
Sometimes people make such comic responses to the garbled nonsense that I do regret deleting threads... Maybe if the place is clean of spam and has some attention folks'll feel more obligated to post art and whatnot.
It's become part of my internet routine to check this every time I'm at the computer along with blogs and emails, so I'll be around either way.

780 members and I am deleting threads 3 times a day, hahah... Fuck, where is the admin? I guess it doesn't matter... But I will still be sad to see all the archived threads get covered with piles of filthy spam.

In an effort to combat the spam vandalism problem I decided to lock all of the older threads on the entire forum. Hopefully this at least helps keep things archived until the problem can be fixed completely. Let me know if I need to unlock a thread for some reason.

yeah, shit this sucks. I just got my computer back up so I can get into admin and I disabled new members. That should give some time to get rid of all the spammers and then figure out something so they don't come back. I am looking into it.

Lame. I do miss that one guy who was all about the apocalypse though.

ok, I just went and deleted 800 some accounts, new users are still disabled but if by chance someone accidentally got deleted just email me and we will get this set straight.
